Update From The Brhel Farm
The countdown has begun. After missing what many around here have called a super goat sale at the end of July, my husband and I are gearing up to offload a bunch of goats at Belleville, Kansas, at the end of the month at a sale barn that often gets some of the best prices in the entire nation — even better than in Texas, which is unequivocally known as goat country.

Topsy Turvy, Garden Containers, Upside Down Pots, Growing Tomatoes, Peppers & Herbs Update 3

First…Happy Father’s Day to all those Dads out there! It’s been about a month since we started growing. Everything is still pretty heathy, but some things are producing more fruit than others. Our son recently graduated high school with honors (ok……I’m a proud dad), so yesterday was his grad party. We had tents, tables, food and people all over the backyard. It was a lot of fun. There was a great deal of interest over the containers – upside down and right side up. Several people said they will be doing the same thing next year. Thanks for viewing and feel free to leave any suggestions or advice.
